The company had a recall on a fuel relay extended crank problem that can prevent your car from starting and they had a recall on the issue. Well I called in and the recall has a recall on the new part because of malfunctions. No idea when the part will be in rendering our vehicle useless because on the non predictability of started ans possible leaving you stranded. Also the vehicleFuel pump rel could shut down while driving it.

BUYER(S) BEWARE

BUYER(S) BEWARE I have purchased two new vehicles from this dealership within one and one half years which amounts to almost $100,000.00. The problem with the first purchase was my Disabled Veteran Tag which was ripped in half by someone there trying to switch it. So they got another one for me, ok. Now vehicle number two. 2019 Challenger R/T. According to my reliable business sources in the auto business there is paint damage from the factory. White specs on all horizontal surfaces, small hole in door and a paint blemish on the hood and deck lid. I was advised to take the car back to the dealership to have the hole and blemishes repaired which I did. The service departments’ attitude toward 'their' customers is totally unacceptable and disgusting in every way to say the least. After gaining some headway, I was finally (after many voice messages, phone calls, lies and the runaround I was able to meet with the Service Manager, John Brown in person. My car was sent to A Plus auto body Lenoir City for the repair. My car was in their possession for more than a week when it should have taken no more than two days. After getting a call from service I was told my car was finished and I could come get it. This was very late in the afternoon and getting dark when I got there. They had parked my car all the way in the back where there was minimal light, and didn’t offer to walk with me. It was difficult to inspect the work. I drove home that night and parked it in my garage. The following morning I went to look at it and was appalled at what they had done to my car. They had; 1. Used a buffer and burned the paint in some areas, 2. Buffed off all of the ceramic coating that I had professionally applied and 3. Didn’t finish what they were supposed to. The work they did was sloppy and horrendous. I contacted John Brown (again) and so did the Manager from SoCal Ceramic Coatings at which time he agreed to getting photos and an estimate. On the week of the 28th of Oct Lenoir City CJDR asked me to bring the car in to see the damage. At that time they 'Mr. Edwardo Martorell GM and Mr. John Brown Service Mgr.' denied seeing the damage even with the photos and estimate that was sent to them. This is after telling they would take care of us since they 'value' us as customers.Upon asking we met with Eduardo Martorell and John Brown in an office. We were treated very unprofessionally, Eduardo keep taking and wouldn't let me speak and then directed his anger toward my wife and got in her face. I told him that he needed to get out of my Wife's face at which time he demanded we leave the dealership and never return. I am a Disabled Veteran and never, ever been treated with such disgust even in Basic training. BUYER(S) BEWARE!

The work they did was sloppy and horrendous. I contacted John Brown (again) and he stated to bring the car in the next day so they could inspect it. I again drove 35mi one way to get there in the rain. My car is black which makes it difficult to see poor workmanship and defects when wet and when dark. He denied everything concerning the problem. I stated I wanted to consult with the GM (Eduardo Martorell) in which he obliged. We went to his office, shut and locked the door. The ‘Eduardo Martello was sitting at the desk with John Brown hovering over my wife and I. I started the conversation about how my car came back from service with swirl marks, burns from a buffer and overspray and that they had washed it in which I stated three times and also hung a mirror tag with CERAMIC COATING DO NOT WASH. When my wife started catching Eduardo Martorell and John Brown in lies. Eduardo Martorell got down right belligerent and aggressive toward first my Wife (not a good idea at all) and then with me. The fact is we have before and after pictures which was sent to them. They denied that their body shop did not do the damage. After being caught in lie after lie the GM told us to get off the property and never come back. With an explosive temper such as Mr. Martorell, shoddy workmanship and all the lying, I highly recommend another dealer which there are many to choose from in this area. There’s more details I could mention but will for now, leave it here. AGAINBUYER(S) BEWARE
